Third-Party Finance Arrangements

BSP Motor Vehicles Ltd offers customers access to a panel of finance providers as part of our vehicle sales service. BSP Motor Vehicles Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender.

Customers are under no obligation to use the finance providers available through BSP Motor Vehicles Ltd and are free to arrange finance independently through a finance broker or lender of their own choosing.

Where a customer chooses to introduce and use an external finance broker or finance provider that has not been introduced by BSP Motor Vehicles Ltd, a £500 Third-Party Finance Administration Fee will apply.

This fee relates to the additional administration and processing associated with an externally arranged finance transaction, which may include liaison with the external broker or lender, verification of the funding source and finance documentation, completion of lender requirements, payment and funds verification, fraud and compliance checks, and additional transaction administration.

The £500 fee will be clearly disclosed to the customer before proceeding with the externally arranged finance transaction and before the customer becomes liable to pay the fee.

Where applicable, details of the fee will also be disclosed to the relevant finance provider in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Customers are free to consider the finance options available through BSP Motor Vehicles Ltd, arrange their own finance, or purchase a vehicle using their own funds.
