When reserving a vehicle with BSP Motor Vehicles Ltd, a reservation fee may be required to secure the vehicle and remove it from sale.
Once the reservation has been accepted, we may withdraw the vehicle from advertising and decline other enquiries or offers from prospective purchasers.
Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
If you subsequently change your mind or decide not to proceed with the purchase for reasons unrelated to the vehicle or BSP Motor Vehicles Ltd, the reservation fee will be non-refundable, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
The reservation fee reflects the costs and potential losses associated with reserving the vehicle, removing it from sale and turning away other prospective purchasers.
If you proceed with the purchase, the reservation fee will be credited towards the purchase price of the vehicle.
Where BSP Motor Vehicles Ltd is unable to supply the vehicle, the vehicle has been materially misdescribed, or you otherwise have a legal entitlement to a refund, the reservation fee will be refunded as required by law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
By paying a reservation fee, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms before making payment.
